Policy Statement

Western Heritage Australia

1. To reaffirm the Western cultural tradition within the Australian community.

2. To support the basic institutions inherent within this tradition including the dignity, value and liberty of the individual,

3. Recognising the traditional family as the primary component in a stable and successful society as well as,

4. Strengthening the family through the restoration of parental authority,

5. The restoration of childhood and an end to the premature sexualisation of the young.

6. To buttress our common law against attempts to subvert natural justice, due process, the presumption of innocence and private property rights.

7. To promote true free enterprise, the work ethic, and those attitudes which will reduce our dependence on both the finance and welfare sectors.

8. To defend our English language and preserve the traditional meanings of words and concepts to allow clarity of communication.

9. To rejuvenate pride in the nation and preserve our shared Western heritage, in the understanding that these things serve this nation and its people best.

10. To promote Australian membership of a world wide political and economic confederation of Western democratic nations and to affirm that Australia is and shall remain part of the Western world.

11. To reject political correctness, globalism, and the Critical Theories of identity which serve as a distorting lens through which to view history and society.

12. In contrast, it is asserted that there is one truth which may be attained through free exchange of ideas by people of goodwill and by application of the enlightenment concepts of reason, logic, and the scientific method.
